I wish I had the experience of the other reviewers but I didn’t. Very nice hotel & the location was great for what I needed. The room was MUSKY & stink. The remote looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since they purchased the tv, had food crumbs & just filthy. I sprayed lysol on it & used a wipe to clean it. The wipe was black, clearly the housekeepers haven’t touched it unless the last guest was just that nasty and/or ate their breakfast over the remote. The bathroom is very spacious & “clean” for the most part but hair was all over the shampoo bottle. I have a thing about loose hair so that grossed me out. Hopefully the housekeepers are more mindful & pay attention to little details.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Hampton! Upon checking in, the staff that greeted us were extremely friendly, and that lasted our entire stay! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the beds were actually comfortable and not springy, and the hot water and water pressure were great! Wish I had remembered to take pictures! There are lots of outlets in the room, and every outlet has hdmi ports as well. There is a pool on-site but we did not get around to checking it out.

Stayed from Wednesday to Friday. No issues checking in. Rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. AC worked great in 95°+ weather. Internet was down, not the hotel's fault (construction down the road cut a cable) and the pool was out of order for repairs. Glad they considered safety, but these things did affect the quality of our stay. Breakfast was pretty standard, but hot & fresh. 24 hr free tea & coffee bar was gold for us caffeine addicts! I do want to give a shout-out to Shemica and Christina, who were so sweet & helpful. They directed us to Shem's Creek for an amazing seafood dinner experience on the waterfront. The grounds were well kept and attractive with old oaks and young palmettos offering a shady place to sit. Great music playing out front. Definitely will return.

A very clean hotel. The room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. Television (Dish) and internet did not work upon arrival, I believe it was due to weather. Breakfast was complimentary. Unfortunately there were no protein options for non- meat eaters. Would have appreciated turkey bacon or patties as an option. Overall the hotel was nice and well taken care of. Staff could be warmer but at least they were not rude or unpleasant.

Decent rooms, and they were very clean. Great location away from the noise but 10 to 15 minute Lyft ride to downtown area. Stores and eating places within walking distance. Hotel offers hot breakfast every day. Friendly staff, especially the young lady that works the night shift until 11pm.

The stay was great, they always meet the expectations. Due to the holiday week, the room service was basic, hence 4 stars for the service. This is a pet friendly place and my pet was so loved and well treated in here.

Absolutely everything was wonderful, from the lobby staff, to the room, pool and breakfast. Everyone was so friendly there. Even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Awesome location. Take the water taxi to Charleston. Really enjoyed our trip. You have a beautiful state. Thank you
